Basically Google one pass is a new payment system for publishers to set the terms for access to their digital content. And with features like purchase-once, view-anywhere functionality and subscriptions. Something that could possibly rival Apple's app store.
The Chrome Web Store is now open as of today! To use the Web Store users need to have the latest version of Google Chrome. The store, much like Apple's app store has paid & free apps in nine different categories from education to gaming. And there's already quite a few big names in the store too, Like EA, NY Times, Amazon, Weebly & Pandora just too name a few of them.

I was going through my Google Reader today when I came across this News Story: Chattanooga; Fastest Internet Service in the U.S.? On Monday the city of Chatanooga, Tenn. unveiled what it said is the fastest Internet service in the U.S. offering speeds up to 1 gigabit per second. Using a EPB is a fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network over a 600 square-mile, 9 county service area. But with this costing around $350 USD per month, which is pretty steep compared with other services including my own.
With the recent release of iTunes 10 come "Ping", The social network focused around music & iTunes."Ping" is basically like another Facebook, letting people follow other people, liking albums and music. Users are also able to post pics and videos. This new "Ping" feature has to be turn on 1st before you can start sharing. And it's just as easy to turn it off too.
Google users in the USA can call anywhere in the US and Canada for free and get low rates for other countries with a small plugin right from within Gmail. I've recently tried this new service out myself and the call quality was excellent. If I had land-line phone I would so downgrade or even cancel the service together.
